I have always wanted to do a show just like The Montgomery Manifesto Podcast. Ever since I first hit subscribe on iTunes and started listening to other podcasts, I thought to myself, “Hey! I should do this!”
And so… I did.
The Show Originally was intended to be about my point of view, my interests, and for the most part it was just that. I talked about Popular Culture, Movies, Video Games, Television Shows, Netflix (lots of Netflix), I also have had interviews with other Content Creators and friends who were also putting their work out there creatively.
But shows evolve and change, and so has Manifesto Show. We have shifted the show to now focus on narrative story telling with just a little bit of news about me and what I am up to creatively. You can call the pod stories, or theatrical novels, or monologues, it doesn’t matter to me. Quite simply, I am using it to tell relevant stories. I’m weaving current events, metaphor and story to establish a dialogue with the audience.
It is also a show for special podcast presentations like the recently completed Hallowed Tale Series entitled, The Fury From Devil’s Lake. Here I created a complete original story about Vengeance and Self Discovery that we recorded live over seven evenings and distributed throughout the weeks leading to and after Halloween 2013.
